How is started
Based in the Kansas City Metro, my experience spans across 10 years in retail electronics sales, customer service, and enterprise IT/help desk services, including certification by industry leaders like CompTIA and Microsoft.
Throughout my experiences, I began to understand both the business and consumer perspectives of the IT support industry. I understand that customers want quality, cost effective products and services. Some want exposure to the latest and greatest. And other times you have what you need; you just want it to work.
